Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be conveniently located in the quaint village of Port Sunlight on the Wirral, making it a top choice for my business trips. The rooms were spacious with some unique features, but the fire exit door in the room was a bit concerning. The service was fantastic, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, though I wish I had time to enjoy the jacuzzi bath. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming with a limited breakfast selection, and there were some minor issues with facilities, but overall, the stay was pleasant.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite noisy with booming piped music, which was not ideal, but they were also fantastic despite being a bit cold. Unfortunately, there was no full-length mirror in the room. The service was a bit of a hit and miss – some staff members were helpful and smiley, while others were overzealous in searching guests' rooms. The location, though convenient for business in Wirral, felt a bit sketchy being in an alleyway held together with duck tape. The dining experience was slow but delicious, with an extensive menu. Overall, the facilities were decent.
I found the hotel to be a wonderful choice! The rooms were spacious with gimmicky remote-controlled lighting, one of the best experiences we've had. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to utilize the jacuzzi bath, but it looked fantastic. The service was top-notch, especially with receptionist Becky being very accommodating. The location in the quaint village of Port Sunlight on the Wirral was perfect for my business trip. The dining experience was a delightful surprise, and the evening meal was amazing. On the downside, the morning dining was very poor, but the gluten-free dishes were appreciated.
Wow, this hotel was such a gem! The rooms were fearfully hot with a jacuzzi and so much space, making it probably one of the best experiences we've had. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff providing that special feeling from the minute we walked in. The location couldn't be bettered, within walking distance of Port Sunlight Museum and Lady Lever Gallery in the quaint village of Port Sunlight on the Wirral. The dining experience was equally delicious, catering to our every need. A lovely, well-run hotel that truly impressed us!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were of high quality and provided excellent value for money, but there were some issues with the heat and smell. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some restrictions regarding outside drinks. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but there were concerns about the hotel's financial situation. The dining experience was delightful, with a good variety of delicious options served promptly. The facilities were adequate, but not exceptional.
